Commonwealth votes to keep Patricia Scotland as secretary-general

KIGALI, June 24 (Reuters) – Commonwealth associates voted to preserve Patricia Scotland as secretary-basic of the 54-country club following some users like Britain tried using to oust her, two resources informed Reuters right after a driving-closed-doors vote.
